i surely am an old loyal c*unt . . BUT . . the timespan where things obviously have been out of order has gone to a level beyond human sense imo. especially since the 'authorities' over there got a lot of help from people like you that are still trying to do their job on a sinkin' ship ...

you & me both mate, i really, really dont just want to desert it (like most i assume) but i just cannot justify being on there all day (like i used to!) since ive got a few days off work i managed to keep on top of most of it yesterday. Saying that i mustve been on there off and on for about 10 hours+ god knows how many spammers i deleted & banned but its tedious to the extreme!

I'll be gutted if they CBA to do anything with it, i'm in 2 minds whether or not to just ask for complete control over the boards, including paying for it just so we can get it sorted again ffs. There's more than enough people that know wtf they are on about between us to keep it running smoothly!

it'd definitly be a shame to see it let go ...

i can't understand why they're not beeing able to get it sorted out when there's a few good people including yourself that are offering their help with this. don't call me nostalgic but it is THE uptown forum afterall. i don't know how much benefit the shop had of it's back really but it is still carrying it's name. the state it is in now is just sad ...

i cant help but assume its down to having to spend money on it mate, obviously in the current climate and with the shop going kaput its probably last on their things to do list....

but ffs it'd be better to see it getting locked off for the time beeing than seeing it rotting away ...

tbh (john-n if your reading that means "to be honest") i can see that happening pretty soon anyway mate. I just had a scan through what shit Skanz deleted in the early hours and if its now getting flooded with that kind of stuff its as good as dead.

it'd better be . . cause apart from us two you don't wanna be brought into connection with anything like that

good to see a forum with no spam on just wondering lp as admin can you e-mail all the members if uptown don't fix up as houseandgarageforum.com is available to buy and we can even have a basic layout like dubstep forum.
and there is plenty of people to keep it running.

I don't mind chipping in a few quid if needed.
